Victor Dover presented at two sessions this week at APA's 2013 Conference in Chicago, IL. The session "SmartCodes" with Transect Codes Council members Emily Talen and Paul Crabtree filled the session space. Dover-Kohl's form-based coding work in Downtown Kendall, Montgomery, and El Paso were highlighted during the session.
